For ClientConnect, the recent release of Intake Templates provides a versatile tool to customize questions for each transaction, enhancing data collection flexibility. Additionally, for Ontario clients, Tarion Enrolment Fee changes based on Tarion Registrar Bulletin 15 have been implemented for RealtiWeb and RealtiBuilderSales.

In May, for RealtiWeb there were several enhancements and updates. Three most notable enhancements:
For Manitoba, capability to handle mobile, modular, and mini homes in files.
For Nova Scotia the release of Stewart Title.
For Ontario the release of Lender Lawyer Connect.
We will be performing a scheduled upgrade from 10:00 pm EST on Friday, November 5 to 10:00 pm EST on Saturday, November 6 . LDD applications will not be available for much of this time. All LDD applications will be available as usual after this upgrade window. No action is needed on your behalf.
