LDD System Upgrade November 5 & 6, 2021
You may experience service disruptions during our upgrade
We will be performing a scheduled upgrade from 10:00 pm EST on Friday, November 5 to 10:00 pm EST on Saturday, November 6 . LDD applications will not be available for much of this time.
All LDD applications will be available as usual after this upgrade window. No action is needed on your behalf.

Why are you performing this upgrade?
For the ongoing reliability of our applications and the high level of security of your client data, system upgrades are conducted to ensure compliance with the latest technology standards.
What is being done during this upgrade?
For security reasons we can’t divulge everything being done. Rest assured this upgrade will add extra layers of redundancy and security to our applications.
Why won’t I be able to login to my account during this time?
Best practices dictate that applications and data are “locked” during any significant upgrade. This maintains data integrity and ensures that none of your client data is lost or corrupted while the upgrades are occurring.
Why have you scheduled such a long time for the upgrade?
The initial technical portion of the upgrades will happen within the first few hours. The remaining time is devoted to redundancy testing, data integrity analysis and confirmation of application functions.
Is there a chance you will be finished this testing early?
Absolutely! If this is the case, then you will be able to login earlier than 10:00 pm on November 6.
Will anything be changing on how I login or access my applications?
Not at all. This upgrade only impacts our behind-the-scenes data processing and storage.
