LDD WebDocumentServices has undergone a transformative redesign, now seamlessly aligned with RealtiWeb and featuring an elegant dark theme. If you're new to it, LDD WebDocumentServices is a valuable tool for Ontario lawyers and their firms, facilitating the creation of OREA forms and enhancing service offerings for their clients in the home buying and selling process.
ClientConnect
The release of Intake Templates occurred in the final days of the month. This versatile tool allows you to customize questions (or intake forms) for any transaction when opening a ClientConnect portal. With the flexibility to create an unlimited number of intake templates, you can efficiently address the unique needs of each case. What's more, multiple templates can seamlessly be added within the same portal, providing a comprehensive and tailored approach to data collection from your clients.
RealtiWeb
For RealtiWeb Saskatchewan, we've incorporated per diem fields to calculate the per diem for all potential items in the Paid Item list and Issue items being paid out.
For RealtiWeb Ontario, we updated the application with the latest Tarion Enrolment Fee changes based on Tarion Registrar Bulletin 15. The fee change was effective January 1, 2024, for files with Enrolment dates of January 1, 2024 or later. For more information, please refer to the Tarion Registrar Bulletin 15.
