The irony is overwhelming when our $10 increase is compared to increases of more than $200 recently imposed by one of our competitors.

To compound matters, our higher priced competition either lacks the resources or has been actively shedding personnel required to properly support its customer base and continue with the much needed perpetual technological investment in their applications.
