Concentra Mortgage – A link has been added on the mortgages screen to take users to the Concentra website for document access (if Concentra is selected as the lender).
Mortgage discharge fees in a mortgage only file now appear in the Statement of Account, Trust Statement, or Closing Funds Summary, as selected.
The Affidavit of Execution section in mortgage bank forms now provides a larger name field in case there are more than 2 or 3 mortgagors.
