Town of Napanee – Fees for tax certificate, building and zoning, and fire department have been updated.
Tarion fees have been updated effective May 1, 2009. Enrolment fees will increase $150 per home on average. The increase will apply to home enrolments on or after May 1, 2009, and includes enrolments submitted through the Builder Portal on or after that date.
Law Society Transaction Levy Charges have been updated in RealtiWeb. All files requiring a levy transaction charge in the Statement of Account created in 2009 with a closing date on or after January 1, 2010 will result in a charge of $50.00 plus GST. All files created in 2010 will show a levy surcharge of $65.00 plus GST.
