  • Law Society Transaction Levy Charges have increased commencing January 1, 2010. In order to effect this change, change the Law Society Transaction Levy Charge fee in your Statement of Adjustment set up, in the project defaults.
  • All files requiring a levy transaction charge in the Statement of Account created in 2009 with a closing date on or after January 1, 2010 will result in a charge of $50.00 plus GST. All files created in 2010 will show a levy surcharge of $65.00 plus GST.

  • A checkbox indicator has been added to the project level to bring in each purchasers individual address for service pre-closing.
  • An option is now available to not merge envelopes when running Form 4
