NEW! OREA Forms on the LDD Web Site

Through a joint initiative between the Working Group on Lawyers and Real Estate and the Ontario Real Estate Association, LDD is pleased to introduce this new capability by facilitating the availability of OREA Standard Forms for Purchase, Sale and Lease, in English and French versions. 

By registering with LDD and paying the OREA annual license fee of $40.00 plus tax, real estate lawyers engaged in private practice can now complete the Standard Forms on-line by filling in required information. Once you have paid the fee you can access the Standard Forms as often as you like for the remainder of the calendar year in which you paid the license fee.
