Enhancements and Releases in May 2023

At LawyerDoneDeal Corp. (LDD), we're constantly working to enhance your experience and provide you with the latest features and improvements. In this month's update, we're excited to share some exciting developments across our platform. Here are the highlights below.

RealtiWeb

Keep Multiple Versions of the Same Document Accessible inside Your Files

One of the many features of RealtiWeb is the ability to save multiple versions of the same document inside the RealtiWeb file. Whether its keeping versions of the Statement of Adjustments or Undertakings, it’s something that was missing in the newest iteration of the platform, until recently. We have brought the capability into the multi-browser supported version!

Executing a Sale for an Estate in BC

Our team updated the Seller (Vendor) screen to specify where to enter the executor’s name. This will update in the applicable signing lines and be sent to LTSA for the Form A and Property Transfer Tax (PTT) Forms.

This change is for RealtiWeb BC only.

RealtiWeb Manitoba Document Updates

An updated Declaration as to Possession for both Purchase and Sale files in RealtiWeb Manitoba. They were updated with the Homestead Act Declaration and the non-Canadian resident confirmation statements as per the example by the Law Society of Manitoba.

LDD Knowledge Base

In preparation for larger releases, the LDD Knowledge Base was updated to use everyone’s LDD account login to access the content. This means, a login screen will be shown if trying to access any of the links via email.
