Enhancements and Releases in January 2023

We started the year off with new adjustment layouts to RealtiBuilderSales. These layouts are to better accommodate the Home Construction Regulatority (HCRA) Adjustment in Projects in Ontario. As for RealtiWeb, the Transferee and Transferor screens were reimagined for Ontario. Our changes are outlined below.

RealtiWeb Ontario

Reminder: For those in Toronto, the Vacant Home Tax took effect on February 2, 2023. Our previous blog post explains the tax, along with RealtiWeb being ready for this in December 2022.

RealtiBuilderSales

In RealtiBuilderSales for Subdivision and Condominium (Ontario), we better accommodate for the Home Construction Regulatory Authority (HCRA) Adjustment in Projects. We updated our standard project template to include TARION + HCRA.

Those using their own template and wish to add one of the new adjustment layouts, or require updating an existing project are able to do so using one of our newly added adjustment layouts. If you require assistance, use the button below to contact us.
