Enhancements and Releases in July 2022
There were several features released in July for RealtiWeb, specifically for the Alberta version. The biggest release was expanding the integration with Lender Lawyer Connect (LLC) into Alberta (meaning RealtiWeb Alberta and Ontario are both integrated with LLC).
Below are the enhancements and releases for RealtiWeb and RealtiBuilderSales.
RealtiWeb
Alberta
Last week, for RealtiWeb Alberta, we released the integration with Lender Lawyer Connect (LLC). This integration allows for seamlessly handling your mortgage instructions with over 20 lenders through this new integration.
Accept & Import: Accept mortgage instructions and bring them into RealtiWeb
Request Funds: Request for funds without leaving your file
Submit the Final Report: Send the final report to the lender from your file
As requested by our Albertan clients, 2 new documents were added to RealtiWeb Alberta. These were:
Letter to Send Out Purchase Docs
Letter to Send Out Sale Docs
We have released the ability in RealtiWeb Alberta to set the client’s location for signing documents when remote signing. This is useful when the Purchaser or Seller are signing documents remotely in another province (or anywhere that isn’t the same city/town as the firm’s office address).
Ontario
For Ontario, we released our LDD Knowledge Base. This replaces our previous help guides with searchable articles. These articles are more focused and enable readers to provide us with feedback on the material (such as if it was helpful or not).
British Columbia
At the request of our BC clients, 5 new documents for RealtiWeb BC. These documents are for Purchase files (unless otherwise specified) and are available for anyone to adopt into their practice. The documents were:
Acknowledgment of Receipt - Guide to The First Time Home Buyers’ Program
Charges Waiver Form
Notice to Tenant/Acknowledgement
Statutory Declaration - SIN
Statutory Declaration - Family Law Act (Sale files)
Saskatchewan
In Saskatchewan, the ISC implemented fee changes that took effect as of July 18, 2022 for select fees in the Land Registry. We updated RealtiWeb Saskatchewan with the latest fee changes. For details on the fee changes, refer to the ISC announcement.
RealtiBuilderSales
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our RealtiBuilderSales application, a new look for the unit/lot level of the Financial screens were released to further streamline your workflow.
This update affected both RealtiBuilderSales applications in Ontario, so whether you use the Condo or Subdivision version, you’ll have benefited from the improvements.
Specific for the Condo version, you’ll see the combined Adjustments screen, which will show the Interim Adjustments depending on the occupancy date.
Upcoming Enhancements and Releases
We’re continuing to expand RealtiWeb’s integration with LLC into BC, Manitoba and Saskatchewan. It’s one of the important tasks our developers are actively working on. The integration for all three is expected to be released before October.
The LDD Knowledge Base will continue to be released in the remaining applications, specifically, RealtiWeb Saskatchewan and Nova Scotia, and all versions of RealtiBuilderSales.
Our ongoing efforts to enhance the screen design across our applications will continue.
