Enhancements and Releases in September 2022
Last month, in RealtiWeb we continued rolling out the enhancement to the First Canadian Title (FCT) insurance integration in Saskatchewan, released the LDD Knowledge Base in Saskatchewan and Nova Scotia versions of RealtiWeb, and changed how multiple legal descriptions in a single file for RealtiWeb Alberta was handled to accommodate more legal descriptions than before.

Enhanced Integration for RealtiWeb Saskatchewan
Our Saskatchewan version of RealtiWeb was updated to use the latest First Canadian Title (FCT) insurance integration. This means more information is being passed between the RealtiWeb file and FCT. It marks having this level of integration accessible from BC through to Ontario.
LDD Knowledge Base made available
We released the LDD Knowledge Base in RealtWeb Saskatchewan and Nova Scotia. From within RealtiWeb under the Help menu, all users of RealtiWeb have access to our articles for managing your LDD Account (from adding lawyers to additional users), and articles specific for the features available in RealtiWeb.
Handling Multiple Legal Descriptions in a Single File for RealtiWeb Alberta
In Alberta, we updated the Property and Legal Description screen to accommodate more than 3 legal descriptions for a property in a single file. As additional Legal Descriptions are added to the file, the screen changes to a dropdown selection (rather than the tabs) to switch between the legal descriptions.
