Remember cassette tapes? Outdated… difficult to use… not safe on a sunny dashboard. Now that we’ve added more Web Filing forms in RealtiWeb BC, we’ll soon be talking about the old LTSA PDF forms in the same way. We just added four more of them to our impressive list.

Multi-Title Transactions in Alberta
Are you working on deals with multiple titles? We’ve added more flexibility to RealtiWeb Alberta by allowing a separate municipality, tax roll and address for each title. This helps when completing Agricultural transactions and Blanket Mortgages.
We already had this capability in RealtiWeb Saskatchewan and Manitoba so frankly, we’re not sure what took us this long to bring it to Alberta.
Chicago Title Ordering in Alberta
Let’s say you’re heading home on your Vespa and you realize you forgot to order a title insurance policy on your latest deal. Not a problem! RealtiWeb is based in the cloud and now includes the ability to order Chicago Title policies from your RealtiWeb files. Just login from home, order the policy, get up to date premiums, policy numbers and all relevant title insurance documents automatically uploaded into your file.
See? No problem!
A Fresh Coat of Paint Does Wonders!
Nothing like a little spring clean up to help clear away those winter doldrums. Many of you have commented on how much you appreciate the fresh new updates in RealtiWeb. (Honestly, you’re making us blush.)
