Watch the FOLA Meeting with Director of Titles

As you know, counter service at Ontario’s Land Registry Offices will no longer be available as of October 13, 2020. The FOLA Real Estate Committee has been diligently communicating with various stakeholders to ensure lawyers are kept informed of the new processes and procedures when this takes effect.

As part of this ongoing work, FOLA released the video of their meeting with Jeff Lem. In this, Jeff discusses how to handle registering paper documents without going to the Land Registry Office, along with what’s in store for the future.
