Third Extension of Directive on Witnessing documents in Manitoba
On September 28, Teranet Manitoba announced that the directive regarding Witnessing documents under The Real Property Act during COVID-19 Pandemic dated April 1, 2020 has been extended until March 30, 2021.
Therefore, you may continue witnessing documents under The Real Property Act using video conferencing software.
