The Next Phase of Our Remote Signing Portal

We’ve updated the Remote Signing Portal layout and interface of LDD Meet feature for a better video conferencing experience.

When you’re video conferencing with one of your clients, you’ll see them in a larger video window (with yourself in the upper right side of the screen). If you’re conferencing with 2 - 3 people, everyone will have the ability to click the icon on the video window in the lower right corner to switch who is displayed in the larger video window.

We’ve also added a waiting room, in case you or your clients entered LDD Meet early. If your clients are waiting for you (or someone else at your firm), they will see the following message (including when the meeting is scheduled to start): Please wait for the host to start this meeting.

Likewise, if you or someone else at your firm are alone in LDD Meet, you’ll also see a waiting screen message.
