LDD Remote Signing Portal now available for Wills and Real Estate!
Over the past few weeks, we've rolled out the LDD Remote Signing Portal for remote client meetings in RealtiWeb.
With the Emergency Order in Ontario and yesterday's Emergency Directive in Saskatchewan, remote execution of Wills and Powers of Attorney are now an option for you*. Today we're happy to announce that the Remote Signing Portal is available in WillPowerWeb!
Free for all Real Property and Wills Lawyers in Canada!
With the launch of the portal in WillPowerWeb, both Real Property lawyers and Wills lawyers have access to this new feature. Ensure your jurisdiction allows remote executions of Wills and/or Real Property documents prior to proceeding. Sign up is quick and easy (and free!).

A new document, Video Conference Checklist, has been added to your Documents screen. We will be adding Form PD3 for Saskatchewan shortly.

* When using LDD capabilities to witness a Will by a face-to-face video conference, you are responsible for satisfying yourself that your province or territory has permitted the witnessing of Wills through such means. Do not undertake a video conference witnessing of a Will if your particular jurisdiction has not authorized such an exception to conventional formalities of execution.
