Creating Transparency Declarations in RealtiWeb BC

Working with LTSA, we’ve updated RealtiWeb to create and e-sign (with Juricert credentials) Transparency Declarations directly from your conveyancing file. For instructions on what the requirements are under the new Land Owner Transparency Act and other LOTR related guidance, visit www.landtransparency.ca.

This new functionality allows users to

  • Create Transparency Declarations

  • View and Print Client Signing Copies

  • E-sign with their Juricert Certificate
