In Case You Missed It, we’ve made a number of updates in RealtiBuilderSales to both the condo and subdivision versions.

We've made a number of enhancements and updates over the last few months. Here's a summary of what's new.

  • New version of GST/HST Rebate Form

  • Building Common Expense Proportion capability added

  • Document Posting screens now include date AND time of postings

  • Increases to the TARION Fees have been incorporated

  • Proxy Form has been added to the Final Closing Documents

  • Bulk Export for Teraview Web now enabled
