The Ontario-wide Standard Closing Documents are now part of RealtiWeb - Ontario

The Working Group on Lawyers and Real Estate has provided standard closing documents for real estate transactions in Ontario and encourage their use by all Ontario lawyers. 

Hints for using the Ontario Standard Closing Documents in RealtiWeb:

• The Ontario Standard Closing Documents are listed individually under Closing Letters and Documents. (Click the + sign to the left of Ontario Standard Closing Documents to display the list)

• They are also available as a package in Document Packages
• If you have already customized document packages, and you would like to use these documents in a package, you will need to add your own Standard Closing Documents package.
• To do so, go to Tools, Documents, and select Purchase from the drop down, and then Package to create your package of Standard Closing Documents. Add each Ontario Closing document to the package you create. Save your package and then do the same for Sale
• Lawyer’s Undertaking: For the encumbrances to come into the document, on the Undertaking tab, make sure to select Vendor’s Solicitor’s Undertaking.
