The Ontario-wide Standard Closing Documents are now part of RealtiWeb - Ontario

The Working Group on Lawyers and Real Estate has provided standard closing documents for real estate transactions in Ontario and encourage their use by all Ontario lawyers. 

RealtiWeb has these documents listed individually under Closing Letters and Documents and also as a package. A Rationale Document and User Guide for the Standard Documents by the Working Group are available on the Working Group Web site.
