Unlike most competitors, RealtiWeb files are charged on the closing date. For example, the file closes in July, the file will appear on your July statement and LDD will charge your payment method in mid-August. This means you carry the RealtiWeb file fee cost for less time compared to the competition (or your client reimburses you for your disbursements, before you have to carry the cost).
