At LDD, making sure that your data is properly stored is a high priority. That’s why we retain experts to carry out this important function. Storagepipe Solutions Inc. provides independent data backup services for all LDD web-based technology systems. Their backup servers are located on the same floor as LDD’s servers, at our co-location site. We do this to enhance security. Backup tapes are taken off-site daily, by bonded personnel, to Storagepipe’s secure storage vault. In the event that LDD permanently ceases to carry on business, LDD clients can retrieve their backed-up data from Storagepipe* for a $100.00 Data Request Fee, per request.**
