Enhancements and Releases in March 2023

The third month of 2023, we saw a few new releases and updates. Every firm, notary and freelancer are being asked to switch to the latest version of RealtiWeb. This latest iteration of RealtiWeb will receive all new features and enhancements. At this time, we are continuing our support for Internet Explorer. However, our newer features and enhancements may not be supported in Internet Explorer.

RealtiWeb BC

The Registration screen received a design update. This was for consistency and improvements to workflow.

RealtiWeb Manitoba

We updated the mortgage types available to include 5049401/1 for the following credit unions for our Manitoban clients.

  • Steinbach Credit Union Limited

  • Assiniboine Credit Union Limited

  • Belgian-Alliance Credit Union Limited

  • Entegra Credit Union Limited

When generating the Credit Union Standard Charge Terms, the latest version for the above noted mortgage type will be generated.

Thank you to those who assisted us with the tax search import for Winnipeg in the latest version of RealtiWeb. When using Chrome to access RealtiWeb, the property tax information from the tax search will be copied into the appropriate issue list item.
