Enhancements and Releases in December 2022
As 2022 came to an end, we released new features and important updates for our clients from coast to coast.
RealtiWeb
Saskatchewan
The ability to indicate a property as a mobile or manufactured home was released in RealtiWeb for our Saskatchewan clients. To use the new feature, simply, indicate the property as a manufactured/mobile home to add the necessary details into the file. These details are used in the following available documents (all are able to easily be found on the Documents screen by searching “Mobile Home”.
Bill of Sale - Long Form - Mobile Home
Assignment of Lot Lease - Mobile Home
Lease Agreement to Secure a Loan - Trailer Park - Mobile Home
Notice of Security Interest (Fixture) - Mobile Home
Waiver of Landlord and Consent to Fixture - Mobile Home
Authorization for Release of Keys - Mobile Home
Bill of Sale - Mobile Home
For a smoother and easier to use document templates, we introduced the concept of Sub Documents with this latest feature in Saskatchewan. The idea is these documents work together to create a complete document. Depending on the characteristics of the real estate transaction, certain Sub Documents will be generated while others will be omitted. The following are useable when handling a mobile or manufactured home, and are generated using "Bill of Sale - Long Form - Mobile Home" when inside a RealtiWeb file.
Main body Bill of Sale - Long Form - Mobile Home
Purchaser's Affidavit Bill of Sale - Long Form - Mobile Home
Purchaser's Declaration Bill of Sale - Long Form - Mobile Home
Schedule A for Bill of Sale - Long Form - Mobile Home
Vendor's Affidavit of Execution of Bill of Sale - Long Form - Mobile Home
Vendor's Declaration Bill of Sale - Long Form - Mobile Home

As of January 1, 2023 a new Vacant Home Tax in Toronto, and Vacant Unit Tax in Ottawa took effect. More information about these taxes can be found here.
Coming soon to Ontario is a new way to use the Issues List. The new way provides a live search feature (something we’ve had clients suggest to us), and will show the most commonly used items across the thousands of transactions that have gone through RealtiWeb.
As well, the following three documents were updated for easier customizing of content when generated in a file.
