Updates to RealtiWeb Financial screens and changes to how HST is applied to Disbursements

We’ve updated our Financial screens and made some changes to how HST is applied to specific disbursement types in RealtiWeb Ontario.

The following changes will apply to files opened on or after April 17, 2021

To be consistent with CRA's GST/HST Policy Statement, all title search fees performed using the Teranet Connect integration will be placed under the Disbursements (HST) heading. All Clearance Searches will be moved under the Disbursements (HST) heading.

The following screen design changes apply to all your RealtiWeb files

New Financial screen designs make it easier to distinguish between the various sections of each tab. The new designs update the Statement of Adjustments, Closing Funds Summary Trust Statement and Account to Client tabs.

On the Account to Client tab, the Disbursements subject to HST heading is now Disbursement (HST). The Disbursements not subject to HST heading is now Disbursements (non-HST).
