LDD Remote Signing Portal Free for Real Property Lawyers in Manitoba and Alberta
Update: Now available for BC and Saskatchewan!
Real Estate Lawyers in Alberta and Manitoba now have free access to the LDD Remote Signing Portal. Launched last week in Ontario, the portal has been launched in conjunction with localized Remote Closing Protocols. Each protocol has been developed to aid real estate lawyers in meeting obligations from their province’s regulatory bodies.
For clients of RealtiWeb, we’ve added new documents to accommodate remote signing.
