LDD Remote Signing Portal is now available for real estate lawyers across Canada.
Under these demanding circumstances, everyone's trying to provide support where they can. As a lawyer-centric technology group who believes in the vital importance you play for all Canadians, we're trying to keep everyone safe and healthy in our own way.
We know face to face client meetings are not an option
In late March, our team began designing and programming an application to run remote client meetings from RealtiWeb. The app is designed to help you follow a simple virtual closing protocol, available in RealtiWeb.
After many man-hours, in a few intense weeks of development and testing, we're proud to announce the LDD Remote Signing Portal.

Upload RealtiWeb documents and PDF files to a secure client portal
The portal is designed to work on modern browsers, including those on Mac computers, Android phones and Apple phones. You'll initiate a virtual signing appointment through LDD Meet™, our brand-new video conference feature.
View client signing, live and on-screen
Through LDD Meet, you can take your clients through documents, view their signing process and answer any questions. On the portal there are links to the Adobe Scan app, for clients to scan signed documents and return them to you as PDFs. This will all be available on Monday at no extra charge to you or your clients.
We need your help
Learning a new feature can be tough, especially under these circumstances. That's why we created a comprehensive user guide, available in RealtiWeb. This is where you come in. Please read the user guide before using this feature.

Remote Signing: free to ALL Real Property Lawyers
Believe it or not, there are some firms who don't use RealtiWeb. They need help too. We'll be making this available to ALL real property lawyers. They'll continue using their regular conveyancing application for the rest of their workflow, but will have access to the remote signing portal for free. Because we're all in this together.
