New and Revised Ontario Standard Closing Documents in RealtiWeb

The Working Group on Lawyers and Real Estate has updated the Ontario Standard Closing Documents for 2019. They have also developed a new undertaking non-residency document.

RealtiWeb has been updated with the following closing documents for purchase and sale transactions:

1. Lawyer's Direction Re Funds

2. Lawyer's Undertaking

3. Lawyer's Delayed Closing Escrow Agreement

4. Purchaser's Undertaking & Direction Re Title

5. Vendor's Closing Certificate

We’ve added the newly created Purchaser Lawyer’s Undertaking (Non-Residency). These documents can be found in the Ontario Standard Closing Docs folder in the Closing Letters and Documents category in your RealtiWeb Documents screen.
