This week we updated Title Search results and added a Document Registration Agreement document for mortgage re-finance transactions

Suite #s in Title Search results

  • When searching for a property through the Connect functionality in RealtiWeb, we can now show the Suite Number. This is useful when someone owns more than in one unit in condominium building. This makes it easier to determine which Parcel Register to purchase.

DRA document added for Mortgage (re-finance) transactions

  • We've added a new document Document Registration Agreement in RealtiWeb that can be used where there is one lawyer is acting for the borrower and another lawyer acting for the lender on a mortgage file.
