You can now Associate Related Security to a Registered Mortgage

In RealtiWeb Saskatchewan, you can now associate additional security given/registered (such as an Assignment of Rents or a Notice of a Security Interest in personal property) in connection with a registered mortgage.

This will result in the inclusion of a separate paragraph in a letter requesting a mortgage payout statement and in the actual mortgage payout letter itself, that specifically sets out the additional security and that confirms that the payout statement and the mortgage payout will also apply to the additional security.
