Lender & Mortgage Updates for RealtiWeb Alberta

Farm Credit Canada, Computershare mortgages and signing of mortgages for corporations have all been updated in RealtiWeb Alberta.

We're pleased to announce the following updates.

• We have added Farm Credit Canada.

• Computershare lenders are now properly listed in our Lender list.

• The Alberta Mortgage Forms have been improved to ensure that all necessary documents are produced whether the corporation is signing with a seal or without a seal.

• In addition, we have amended the wording and signing lines in the mortgage forms for corporations, as requested by our Alberta clients.
