We continuously improve our products and services to serve you better! Here are the latest updates to our systems and services:

Goods and Services Tax (GST)

The GST cut to 5 % means all our products have been updated to reflect the change. Read this Summary of GST Changes to LDD Products for further information.

2008 OREA Forms

The OREA forms for 2008 are now available online in our Document Retrieval (WebDocumentServices) and in RealtiPLUSWeb systems. Remember all the schedules are also online, so you can add them to the OREA forms you create online. Note: You will find the following new 2008 OREA Forms:

  • OREA Form 110: Agreement of Purchase and Sale: Mobile/Modular/Manufactured Home on Leased Premises
  • OREA Form 110: Schedule A – Agreement of Purchase and Sale: Mobile/Modular/Manufactured Home on Leased Premises
  • OREA Form 115: Agreement of Purchase and Sale : Co-ownership Building Resale Agreement
  • OREA Form 115: Schedule A – Agreement of Purchase and Sale : Co-ownership Building Resale Agreement
  • OREA Form 140: Assignment of Agreement of Purchase and Sale
  • OREA Form 140: Schedule A – Assignment of Agreement of Purchase and Sale

Using OREA Schedules Tip: You can create as many schedules as you like using our online OREA forms, but we recommend you create and then print them one schedule at a time. This way, you can add the right page numbering to each schedule you generate and print. RealtiBuilderSales – Condominium In addition to changes with respect to GST, look for the following updates:

  • The Interim and Final Adjustment tabs display and do calculations only when you require them. For example, if no Interim closing is required, then no Interim tab is displayed, and if a file has no Occupancy date and it is not going Straight to Closing, only the Final Adjustment tab is displayed.
  • In Condominium Admin, the Missing Units function does a precise check to make sure you have not forgotten to create a block of units. It then produces a report to list the missing units.

RealtiBuilderSales – Subdivision

In addition to the GST changes summarized above, the following change has been made:

  • The switch lot feature lets you switch to another lot without going back to the Main screen first.

RealtiPLUSWeb

New Toronto Land Transfer Tax Provisions

In transactions with closing dates on or after February 1, 2008, where the municipality selected is Toronto, you will see that RealtiPLUSWeb provides for the additional Toronto land transfer tax and tax rebate. On the Land Transfer Tax screen and the Land Transfer Tax Rebate screen, in transactions with closing dates on or after February 1, 2008, extra lines showing the new land transfer tax and land transfer tax rebate amounts are displayed.

  • First Line Pre-Authorized Debit Form Update
  • TD Interim Report Update
  • New Report Prints List of Real Estate Agents In the File, Reports section, select "Real Estate Agents" to print a detailed listing
  • Improved Functionality in the Declaration, Indemnification and Undertaking re GST

RealtiOnlineWeb

In addition to the GST changes, the following improvements have been made to RealtiOnlineWeb:

  • Macquarrie Financial mortgage document and Final Report on Title new to the system
  • HSBC Final Report Update
  • Trust Stmt and Closing Funds Summary – mortgage registration now automatically comes in
  • Dower Release on mortgage only transactions can now be produced
  • Decimals are now allowed in the acres/hectares fields
