Forms and Documents

  • HSBC Interim and Final Reports on Title, Bank Schedules and Confirmation of Registration have been added to RealtiPLUSWeb and RealtiOnlineWeb. The mortgage document has been added to RealtiOnlineWeb
  • Windsor Family Credit Union Schedules now available for RealtiPLUSWeb
  • Royal Bank Schedules updated in RealtiOnlineWeb
  • Generic Identification Verification Form has been added for institutions that do not have a customized one available
  • Meridian Credit Union - Final Report updated for RealtiPLUSWeb
  • Label for mortgagee in Label Wizard now prints contact at lender
  • Purchaser label printing correct preclosing address
  • Extra signature lines removed on CIBC Mortgages for RealtiOnlineWeb

New Features and Feature Updates

  • The trash can has been removed from the screen as some users were accidentally deleting files instead of saving them. To delete files, click on the Basic dropdown, and select Delete this File from the bottom of the list. There will be a warning before you delete the file.
  • In the Table feature in document editing, you now have the ability to create a blank row after in addition to adding a blank row before
  • Reports feature now has file creation date field available for selection
