Business Development Manager - Saskatchewan & Manitoba

We’re looking for someone to join our team in Regina as a Business Development Representative, responsible for maintaining, developing, and expanding the LawyerDoneDeal real estate conveyancing platform in Saskatchewan and Manitoba. In addition, you will assist customers to work through any challenges they encounter as they adopt our system.

Your Role

Reporting to the National Director of Sales, the Sales Representative will:

  1. Introduce LDD services to new clients
    • Attend industry events and conferences in Saskatchewan and Manitoba with the aim to promote the features and benefits of RealtiWeb SK, RealtiWeb MB and other LDD services to law firms.
    • Host lunch and learn sessions
    • Establish a travel schedule to visit potential clients
    • Coordinate and perform demos, when necessary
  2. Strengthen client relationships
    • Establish a travel schedule to ensure each client is visited on a regular basis
    • Ensure clients are aware of new features and enhancements from LDD
  3. Introduce and facilitate the adoption of new LDD products & initiatives
  4. Identify and develop new business opportunities
  5. Facilitate client onboarding & support services
    • Conduct product demos - either in-office or remote
    • Train clients on the use of LDD’s premier real estate conveyancing system, RealtiWeb SK, RealtiWeb MB and other LDD technology services
    • Visit law firms to provide support and/or training, as and when directed

Are You the Perfect Candidate?

As the ideal candidate, you are/have:

  • A law clerk background in the real estate conveyancing process, from beginning to end, and how it varies across the province is required.

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook & Teams)

  • Must be a self starter, well organized and able to work both independently and in a team environment

  • Develop and maintain an active sales funnel of potential clients and prospects while update on a regular basis on our CRM system

  • Good oral and written skills

  • Exhibit independence and an extremely proactive approach

  • Must have a car and valid driver’s license

Salary is negotiable and commensurate with the level of experience and ability that the candidate brings to the position.
