New PTT Form V.28 and SIN Field Now in RealtiWeb BC

SIN field added to the Purchaser Information screen

We've updated RealtiWeb to include the SIN field on your Purchaser Information Screen. Once entered, the SIN will be automatically brought into the Property Transfer Tax forms when required.

Please Note: If you have previously entered the SIN in the Client ID screen on existing files, it will no longer populate the PTT form. Please copy the number to the new SIN field on the Purchaser Information screen.

New PTT Form V. 28 now Available in RealtiWeb

Only a day after it was released by LTSA, V. 28 is available for you in RealtiWeb! Key changes include qualifying property value for existing homes only under the First Time Home Buyers' (FTH) Program:

  • Maximum qualifying amount of the fair market value of the property (land plus improvements) is now $500,000

  • Partial exemption is available for properties valued up to $525,000.

  • Additional details on exemption amounts can be found on the Government of BC website.
